Set in the heart of the Sabi Sabi bushveld, Bush Lodge invites you have a luxurious safari escape. The lodge is set in the heart of one of the oldest and largest proclaimed private reserves, the Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve (Sabi Sand Wildtuin), an unspoilt part of Africa ecologically and geographically integrated with the adjacent Kruger National Park, South Africa.

Bush Lodge features artistically designed open courtyards with a view of the waterhole and African plain. These courtyards exhibit magnificent wooden carvings by renowned South African sculptors, created from wood rescued from the bushveld. Even though you'll experience and informal and friendly atmosphere at Bush Lodge, there is no compromise in the uncompromising high standards of service, efficiency and personalised attention. Each of the twenty five thatched suites at Bush Lodge, of which one is a paraplegic suite, features ethnic décor to keep with its bushveld theme. Some suites have king-size beds. Meals at Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge are served in either in the Boma and on the dining veranda. There are also full bar facilities. In-room dining can be arranged in the Mandleve Presidential Suite. While staying at Bush Lodge, you can have a storybook banquet under the stars, in the middle of the bush. After enjoying an evening game drive and bush sundowners, you will arrive at a feast: steaming dishes, a central log fire, traditionally-dressed waiters, buffet tables and fine wines – all this while local singing and dance entertain you. Sundowners in the bush with the chef can be arranged, or a themed Bush braai (barbeque). Sabi Sabi has introduced beautifully-styled theme evenings for an elegant evening under the night sky. Bush Lodge offers morning and evening driving safaris guided by an armed and knowledgeable game ranger and Shangaan tracker. You could also go on a guide morning bush walk, giving you the opportunity to experience wildlife at close quarters. With approximately three hundred and fifty different species of birds surrounding you at Bush Lodge, you could also embark on a bird watching mission.

Daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg International Airport to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport are available, and from there you're flown to the Sabi Sabi Airstrip. A daily Sabi Sabi shuttle from Johannesburg International Airport to Sabi Sabi Airstrip is also available.
