Western Cape

Previously known as the Cape Colony, and then later as the Cape Province, the Western Cape is a province of many faces, with first-world-infrastructure and tremendous cultural and natural diversity.

It lies in the south west of South Africa, with treasures such as Table Mountain, the quaint fishing villages of the Cape West Coast, Central Karoo, Overberg, Kirstenbosch national Botanical Gardens, Garden Route and the Cape Winelands, as well as Cape Point and the V&A Waterfront. The dramatic city of Cape Town is its capital city.

The Western Cape is a treat for those who like diversity, as it is not only found in the landscapes and its people, but also in the list of things to do. This includes scenic drives, dolphin and whale watching, shark cage diving, paragliding, bungee jumping off the world's highest commercial jump, surfing, and hiking.

At African Dream Holidays, we pride ourselves on our quality and selection of accommodation. Browse our site for further venues in South Africa, or contact us for a quote.
