German owners Reimer and Uwe ran a successful guesthouse on the Isle of Sylt in Germany for ten years, before their journey with Falcons View Manor had started. During a holiday in Knysna, their hearts were captured by the special charm of the town and the Victorian guesthouse of Falcons View Manor. They have since transformed this existing landmark guest house, high above the town, into a boutique hotel. The interiors reflect a fresh interpretation of the past and present by adding ultra-modern features to the Victorian theme. Located on two manicured acres, there are three different room types, namely the Manor Double (standard), Manor Superior (medium) and Manor Garden Superior (large). Each has either a lagoon, garden or forest view, and is completely different, creating an individualistic energy with an artistic feel.

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of the Garden Route, in South Africa's favourite town, Knysna, on the N2 between Cape Town (500km) and Port Elizabeth (260km). Surrounded by lagoon, sea, mountains and forest, you can enjoy bungee jumping, incredible bird watching or artistic excursions.
